October 10, 2015 under the sponsorship of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and with the organizational support of the medical company Medeks, LOR Hospital and as well as the company Med-El was held the 2nd Scientific and Practical Conference "Era of high technology cochlear implants" at the Hotel "Four Seasons" Baku. At the event with lectures about the history and development as well as global standards in the field of cochlear implants were speaking and answering the questions the Vice-President of Advanced Bionics Michael Sandler, Executive Director of The Ear Foundation Professor Sue Archbold, professor of the University of Düsseldorf Thomas Klenzner and others.
